The Pitch Structure That Changed Everything for Me

Like most founders, I spent years pitching investors and customers with the classic

Problem → Solution structure.

But instead of excitement, I often faced resistance.

Investors tensed up. Customers grew defensive.

Then, I discovered a simple framework that completely transformed how I pitch:

  1. Agreement First: Begin by getting everyone nodding with an undeniable truth—”We can all agree something’s changed.”
  2. Connect to the Problem: Explain clearly how this change creates genuine pain for specific people.
  3. Spark Curiosity with Vision: Pose a powerful question—”But what if…?”

By the time you introduce your product, you’re no longer battling resistance—you’re confirming what they already desire.

Since adopting this, my pitches flow smoothly and resonate deeply.

Could this framework do the same for you?

I’d love to hear your experiences—drop your thoughts below!
